EXIT Realty Consultants Expands with Fifth California Location

Turlock, CA (Grassroots Newswire) September 20, 2013 -- In another move of expansion, EXIT Realty Consultants has merged with EXIT Realty Touchstone of Modesto, to open its fifth California real estate office operated by broker/owner Kris Klair.

Since 2005 during a down economy, Klair has opened offices in Turlock, Fresno, Manteca, Ceres, and now in Modesto. EXIT Realty Touchstone, owned by John Hertle, has been in business since 2001, and has been recognized as one of EXIT Realty Corporation’s most-productive California offices.  As part of the merger, Hertle will stay on and help run the Modesto office, with Klair managing the day-to-day operations.

EXIT Realty Consultants is a full-service real estate advisory firm, providing residential and commercial brokerage services, commercial leasing representation, and, now, property management services.
