Elizabeth Duncan "Liz" Joins EXIT Realty in Dunkirk

Over the course of the last 6 years, Liz and her family has moved 6 times! At this point, she would say she is a seasoned veteran in the buying and selling process.  When we moved to Calvert County in 2016, we fell in love with the area and have committed to staying put while our family grows.

Liz, more than many, understand how frustrating and intimidating (!) the process of buying and/or selling a house can be.  Liz and family have had great experiences, and some experiences she'd prefer to forget. Buying a home is a major life decision, and the right realtor can make that process enjoyable and exciting, as it should be.  Liz believes she can do that for you!

Prior to beginning a family, Liz was an HR business partner for a major energy corporation.  Life in the fast-paced corporate world, allowed her to develop many valuable skills that will allow her to be a successful realtor for you.  She is a strong communicator, excel in time management, is attentive to detail, and she is  driven and dedicated to her clients.

In her free time, she enjoys camping with her husband, 3 kids, and golden doodle.  Liz also enjoys running in 10k's and half marathons, staying active and being outdoors.  Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Liz is a die hard Steelers and Pens fan!
