NAREB to Host Free First Time Homebuyer Education Workshop in Phoenix

Sun City, AZ (Grassroots Newswire) 5/24/22 -- NAREB  invites first time homebuyers to attend a free workshop to help answer their many questions. Find out what options are available to finance a first home; learn about steps that can be taken to prepare for home ownership and gain the insights that will make a first home purchase as successful as possible.

"They are able to see a path to home ownership for the first time." The workshop is taught by Gayle Randolph, an NID Housing Counselor.

Greater Hope Christian Church in Phoenix has partnered with the local NAREB (National Association of Real Estate Brokers) chapter, Phoenix Realtist Professional Group to bring to our local community free Homebuyer Education Classes.  We are fortunate to have the resources and platform to reach our community in a time where entry into the housing market is so tough.  The course is lead by experienced local real estate professionals and an NID Housing Counselor. The classes will be held on the 1st Saturday of the month, from 9am-3pm at Greater Hope Christian Center Church at 2927 N 35th Ave., Phoenix where Bishop Tyon Ivy is the pastor.  Upcoming dates are June 4th, Aug 6th, Sept 3rd, Oct 1st and Nov 5th.

Participants will enjoy interactive discussions featuring the real world perspectives of Realtors®, Home Inspectors, Mortgage Underwriters, Lenders and Title Representatives to help them understand this ever changing and highly competitive market. After the completion of the class, attendees will schedule a one on one session with the NID Housing Counselor to get specific guidance on where they are in the process before speaking with a lender. This advance session allows the client to be confident in their financial readiness, or to be clear on what steps are needed to improve their financial state.
