Grapevine, TEXAS (Grassroots Newswire) July 12, 2022 -- Paul Reitz, the franchisee and broker of record for EXIT Realty Elite, with offices in Grapevine and Frisco, Texas, has named EXIT Realty Elite Associate, Kimm Dillard as the ‘Engagement Leader’ for his North Texas brokerage.

Kimm, a self-described ‘dream catcher,’ moved to the DFW area in 2011 from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Before launching her real estate career, Kimm was a stay at home mom and found a passion in volunteering. She served as an active board member for over 10 years and began working in digital tech-support, giving her an in-depth knowledge of technology systems, and found real estate as a perfect way to demonstrate her technological and leadership skills.  Kimm’s works for her clients all over North Texas, with an emphasis in the areas of Tarrant, Collin, and Denton Counties.

In 2018 EXIT Realty Corp.
