EXIT Realty First Choice Successfully Launches Weekly Training!

On Wednesday, October 13, 2021, EXIT Realty First Choice launched its weekly marketing, research, and real estate agent professional training. The weekly training features tips and strategies for brokers, administrators, and licensed agents to maximize their outreach and increase the overall brokerage performance.
The first session focused on Chime CRM, a widely used customer relationship management software technology for managing a company's relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers. New and experienced agents such as Joanne Mark, Berta Yadgarova, and Sharon Li got to learn how to effectively use the platform. The introductory training included how to set up an account, save details, and communicate efficiently with leads. Every week on Wednesdays, the agents get to learn new skills, ask questions, and schedule specialized one-on-one sessions with the Marketing and Research Manager.
