Winta Marshall-Crawford was born and raised in NYC and at an early age discovered her affinity of suburban life. Being a Native New Yorker she is fast paced, witty, creative and charming. Winta was introduced to the world of Real Estate during her college years when she began her tenure with the Department of Housing Preservation and Development. For 8 year and counting, Winta has worked as the Closing Coordinator for the New Construction Program. Winta says “I have come to comprehend the City’s acute need for housing.” Wanting to remain in the field of Real Estate, she decided to expanded her capacity into Sales. “I want to help people. I believe your work should encompass integrity and purpose working in Real Estate grants that,” says Winta. A member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Young Professional Network, Winta currently reside in Queens, NY with her husband and daughter.
