EXIT Realty Allocates More Than $6.8 Million for Brokerage Support Staff

– EXIT Realty Corp. International delivers the love this Valentine season by delivering thousands in bonus payments to the support staff in EXIT brokerages across the U.S. and Canada. 
 
A provision in the company’s business model known as the EXIT Formula sets aside a portion of every transaction fee received by the corporation to be held in a special fund to be paid annually to the administrative support staff in the brokerage where the real estate transaction was closed.  Tami Bonnell, Co-Chair of EXIT Realty Corp. International, today announces that number now exceeds $6.8 million to-date.
 
At EXIT Realty Homeward Bound in upstate New York, the brokerage ownership directs the bonus to be paid to the individual responsible for transaction input and file compliance.  Patti Farrell, the brokerage’s head administrator and EXIT Realty Corp. EXIT Realty Corp. International Announces Enterprise Collaboration with Facebook


Mississauga, ON – EXIT Realty Corp. International, a real estate franchisor with brokerage locations across the U.S. and Canada, recently announced an enterprise collaboration with social media giant, Facebook, to provide an integrated, best-in-class advertising experience for its Regional Owners, Broker/Owners and Agents. 

The tool, dubbed the EXIT Ad Center, is integrated into the company’s private Resource Center intranet and is available to Associates as an EXIT Member Benefit.  The EXIT Ad Center utilizes EXIT data, graphics and proven custom Facebook ad campaigns.  The collaboration was 18 months in the making and has seen astonishing results during trials at the Headquarters, Brokerage and Associate levels.

“The EXIT Ad Center provides access to a level of integration into the Facebook system that is not available through the B to C tool on Facebook itself,” said Seth Kaplan, Manager, Partner Program, EXIT Realty Corp. International.  “While a user’s ad may look the same, the way it functions and performs through the EXIT Ad Center is at a much higher level than it would be if placed through Facebook’s Ad Manager.  Our Associates can track their campaign’s performance through built-in analytics.”

Michele Bilow, Broker of Record with EXIT Central Realty in Dover, Delaware, has been part of the beta group since March of 2019.  “We found that 86% of leads generated through the EXIT Ad Center had a legitimate phone number and 91% had a working email address,” she said.  “We are spending 97% less through Facebook with the EXIT Ad Center than we did with another major lead generator for more contacts.  I believe this will be a game-changer for our people.”

The announcement of this “Collaboration for Acceleration” was made at EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Annual Convention in Nashville, Tennessee by Scott H. EXIT Realty to Sponsor the Wounded Warriors Canada Highway of Heroes Bike Ride, Corporate Will Match


Greenwood, NS – EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that it has committed to match sponsorship funds contributed by EXIT Realty offices in the Valley, Sackville and Halifax benefitting the Wounded Warriors Canada Highway of Heroes Bike Ride. Wounded Warriors Canada's mission is "To honour and support Canada's ill and injured Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans, First Responders and their families."

EXIT Realty's sponsorship of the ride is spearheaded by the real estate professionals of EXIT Realty Town & Country with four Valley locations in Greenwood, New Minas, Wolfville, and Digby, and working with them will be the agents and brokers of EXIT Realty Professionals in Sackville and EXIT Realty Metro in Halifax/Dartmouth. These brokerages are part of the EXIT Realty Corp. International family of independently owned and operated franchise brokerages. A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project in Canada


Tuesday, June 27, 2017 Mississauga, ON – EXIT Realty Corp. International will be part of Habitat for Humanity Canada’s biggest build project ever. Habitat for Humanity’s 34th Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project will take place in every province and territory across Canada with a goal to collectively build 150 homes to mark Canada’s 150th anniversary of Confederation. Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalynn will be visiting Canada from July 9-14, 2017, focusing their efforts in Edmonton, Alberta, and in Winnipeg, Manitoba.  EXIT Realty Agents, Brokers and headquarters personnel will be swinging hammers in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario and Alberta.

Habitat Canada has a long history of creating affordable housing opportunities in the country. People living in Habitat homes not only help to build their own houses, they also pay affordable mortgages. Habitat’s innovative approach helps working families on a new path to better, affordable living conditions that lead to improved health and stronger childhood development, as well as a decrease in reliance on food banks.

Dozens of Franchise Owners/Agents Race For Charity

-- The 4th EXIT Southeast Smart Car Race at Music City Raceway has resulted in an over $7,000 donation to the Southeast hunger relief organization, Feed America First, according to EXIT Southeast Regional Owners Kenny Lynn and Stacy Strobl.

On June 2, franchise owners and drivers, along with EXIT Realty Corp. International CEO Tami Bonnell, U.S. President Craig Witt and Director of Brokerage Development Janice Petteway, participated in the huge night of family fun and racing.  The Discovery Channel Street Outlaws New Orleans’s Bobby Ducote attended as well.

“We were excited to have such great support from our EXIT family. With the help of them and our sponsors, EXIT Southeast made a significant contribution to this Southeastern hunger relief organization,” Lynn said.

For every $1 donated, Feed America First is able to provide enough food for 10 to 15 meals. With the $7,000+ proceeds from the 2017 EXIT Smart Car Race, the organization will provide enough food for over 70,000 to 105,000 meals, said Tom Henry, executive director.

“Having the local community and EXIT Realty teams come out for a fun event such as this ultimately means that our neighbors in need across Middle Tennessee won’t have to worry about how they will afford groceries or where their next meal is coming from. Since its inception in 2014, the EXIT Realty Smart Car Race has now raised over $22,000 for area nonprofits including Autism Tennessee with support and donations growing annually, Strobl said.
“We love hosting a night of fellowship for our EXIT family.  We have these great Smart Cars, used for marketing nationwide, and it is a ton of fun seeing them race down the speedway as fast as 60 miles per hour (MPH) with dozens of folks participating for a great cause,” Strobl said.

Janice Petteway, former President of EXIT‘s South East U.S. Division has been appointed Director of Brokerage Development.   Petteway is the award-winning Franchisee of EXIT Real Estate Results with offices in Longwood, Winter Springs and Orlando, Florida.  In her new role she will be utilizing her more than 25 years’ experience in real estate leadership to assist and develop EXIT Realty’s franchise leaders at the grassroots brokerage level.

At every level of the EXIT organization, leadership is a common language and to this end, Bob McKinnon, former President of EXIT’s South West U.S. Division has been appointed Director of Leadership.  McKinnon is an experienced business person and has been teaching sales and management for over four decades.  A California real estate broker for more than 40 years, he owned and managed portions of five real estate companies, and has been a franchisor, a corporate manager and director. Being a part of the team that developed the first region of CENTURY21 in Southern California, he was instrumental in its early growth and development.  In his new role with EXIT Realty, McKinnon will be expanding his popular Ambassador Training program and is perfectly suited to guide EXIT Associates on their leadership path.

Craig Witt, former President of EXIT’s North U.S. Division has been appointed President of the U.S. Division.  Witt has been with the company since 2004 and owned and operated three EXIT Realty franchises, rapidly rising through the ranks. Mississauga, ON – EXIT Realty Corp. International recently announced a $500,000 pledge to Habitat for Humanity International. The announcement was made during the company’s Annual International Convention held at the Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island, Bahamas and brings the company’s total pledges to-date to $3.5 million.
