State-Wide Real Estate Awards Honor Local Professionals
Mt. Pleasant, MI – EXIT Realty Corp. International honored local real estate professionals recently at its Regional Retreat and Award Ceremony held at the Courtyard by Marriott in Mt. Pleasant. Members of the business community were invited to attend for an informative day including sessions covering business development and real estate industry trends.
The following real estate professionals and brokerages where recognized for their state-wide accomplishments in 2018:
EXIT Realty Paramount in Traverse City was named the #1 office in Gross Commission Income. Individuals from that office were also honored:
- Holly Hack was named Broker of the Year
- Deb Wilcoxen was named Administrator of the Year
- Tom Alflen was named #2 Agent in Gross Commission Income and Closed Transaction Sides
- Nicole Philibosian Gentry was named #2 Agent in Sponsoring (tied) and #6 Agent in Gross Commission Income
- Kate Reichard was named #3 Agent in Gross Commission Income
Heather Driscoll and Jonathan Lum, Owners of EXIT Realty Home Partners in Lansing, received the Leadership Award. Gary Naeyaert from their brokerage was named #4 Agent in Listings Taken and #5 Agent in Closed Transaction Sides.
Agents from EXIT Realty Select Partners in Grand Ledge and Okemos were honored:
- Deanna Powers was named #1 Agent in Gross Commission Income, Closed Transaction Sides, Listings Taken (tied), and #2 Agent in Sponsoring (tied)
- Nicole Reimer was named #1 Agent in Sponsoring
EXIT Realty 1st in Jackson were honored:
- John Rockey was named #1 Agent in Listings Taken (tied), #2 Agent in Sponsoring (tied), #4 Agent in Gross Commission Income and Closed Transaction Sides
- Chris Breneman was named #3 Agent in Listings Taken
- Rob Tipton was named #5 Agent in Listings Taken
Renita West of EXIT Realty Premier in Cheboygan was named #2 Agent in Listings Taken. Wendy Loomis of EXIT Choice Realty in Mt. Pleasant was named #3 Agent in Closed Transaction Sides and # 5 Agent in Gross Commission Income.
