Morgan Hill, California (Grassroots Newswire) 2/20/2025 -- In gratitude for the support shown to EXIT Realty Keystone by the local community, the real estate brokerage recently hosted "Pet Photos With Santa" in effort to raise funds for Operation Freedom Paws.

EXIT Realty Keystone and the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program Matching Funds presented Operation Freedom Paws in San Martin with an over $5000.00 fundraising check. In celebration of Veterans Weekend in November 2024, EXIT Realty Keystone agents volunteered to hold the 4th Annual "Photos with Santa" fundraising event with a specialty of "Pet and Santa Photos". Spirit of EXIT agreed to match the funds raised and EXIT Realty recently presented the check at the Operation Freedom Paws training center. (Operation Freedom Paws Canine Education Center)

 This fun event was held at Ganado's Pet Store in Vineyard Town Center, Morgan Hill, and over 55 Holiday photos were taken with Santa. Operation Freedom Paws dogs and dog owners (service dog and therapy teams) helped introduce their important work for First Responders, Veterans and their families.  (Veterans, First Responders and their families)

EXIT Realty Keystone has developed an in-house program for our ‘Agents in Training’. This eight week course provides the soon-to-be-agent with the practical tools needed to hit the ground running once they’ve successfully passed their Real Estate Licensing Exam. The course covers all the aspects of running a successful Real Estate business. Some of the many topics covered include building a client database; creating marketing and business plans; conducting negotiations and learning about legal regulations.
