EXIT Realty’s Melody Roloff of Middleton Receives REALTOR® of the Year
REALTOR of the Year 2014
Middleton, MA (Grassroots Newswire) September 2014 - EXIT Realty Beatrice Associates' Melody Skye Roloff was recently awarded REALTOR® of the Year 2014 by the Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS®.

Melody Skye Roloff has been active in all levels of the REALTOR® associations - local, state, and national for over 20 years. If there is one phrase to describe Melody, it is – commitment and dedication. The "2014 REALTOR® of the Year" is the Vice President of the local association and has chaired many committees within her REALTOR® experience. She has made a major contribution of time and resources to REALTOR® community service projects.
Melody consistently attends the annual Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® "DAY on the Hill" event and participates in issues involving private property rights. She also serves on the MAR Board of Directors and attends all BOD meetings and Caucuses. Melody sits on the MAR Convention and Professional Standards Committees. The national meetings are well attended by Melody, including the mid-year meetings in Washington DC., and the National Association of REALTORS® meetings in San Francisco. She values education and professionalism in her personal and business life and strives for excellence in both. Melody has earned over 7 REALTOR® designations and certifications including: BPOR, CBR, LMC, PMN, SRES.
Melody has also served on many Women's Council of REALTORS® committees and held office both state and local.
Melody's volunteer activities include teaching English as a second language, assisting people who are applying for citizenship, and works with the Cor Unum Food Kitchen in Lawrence serving food to the most needy. She also contributes her time to Habitat for Humanity helping with the home selection process.
In the area of real estate business, she is a top producer and has developed a specialty in handling REO's with great success.
