EXIT Success Celebrates the Virtual Awards its Own Way

The 2021 EXIT Realty Corp International Convention Awards were celebrated virtually on October 21 for a second year in a row as COVID again limited our ability to meet and celebrate top producing achievements over the past year.
“It’s a shame we have had to cancel our Convention again. There is so much energy and fun when you are surrounded by like-minded, high-achieving, inspiring people who are like one big family,” said Howard Kronthal, Broker/Owner of EXIT Success Realty with offices in Martinsburg and Charles Town.
The office didn’t let the cancellation of Convention deter their enthusiasm for the virtual awards and decided to use it to network with fellow salespeople and strengthen the fun business culture EXIT Success has created with a costume contest/luncheon and watch the awards together.
The salespeople and staff did not disappoint, both with their passion for dressing up for Halloween but also by providing superior services to buyers and sellers. Four of our very own; Howard Kronthal, Robert Bir, Chrissy McAfee-Pierson and Michael Oates were recognized as 2021 Production Award Bronze Achievers with 25+ sides closed.
The Awards began with a welcome message from Chairman/Founder Steve Morris reminding everyone that EXIT is celebrating its 25th Anniversary of “Doing Things Differently” and thanking everyone for their efforts. He shared the benefits of sponsoring and how that can have a direct effect on your future, an opportunity only offered through EXIT’s unique business model.
Other EXIT leadership addressed the attendees, praising everyone for their hard work and letting the audience know of EXIT's high standards and that the recipients are among an elite group of top producers across North America.

After the congratulations were given to the sales award winners, the office got to the business of voting for their favorite Halloween costumes with awards for the top three spots. 3rd place as a Flapper Girl was salesperson Rachel Pate, 2nd place as a skeleton was Marketing and Events Director, Nicole Stotelmyer and the winner of the 2021 office costume contest was, salesperson Shawnell Ryan as a very realistic Fiona from Shrek.
