2009 Home Buyers Marketplace in Sevier County, Tennessee

SUCCESSFULL EVENT

Sevierville, Tennessee (Grassroots Newswire) 6/2/2009 -- On Saturday, May 30, 2009, NEST (National Economic Stimulus Team) hosted a special marketplacee for home buyers.

The purpose of this marketplace was to educate buyers in our region on the $8000 Tax Credit, the Energy Tax Credit, how to Purchase Bank Owned Properties, how to Purchase a Short Sale, and a multitude of other things. A different workshop was held every 30 minutes on a variety of topics. Industry Experts volunteered there time and were giving lectures and answering questions for buyers. There were about 35 vendor booths available for people to visit, ask questions, gather information, and get from.

A couple of the local banks grilled hot dogs all day for free. There was a jumping tent for the kids, and tons of door prizes and booth drawings throughout the day. It was a successful day!!
