Eastern, Tennessee (Grassroots Newswire) June 5, 2009 -- Sevierville, Dandridge, and Morristown join together to provide agents with solid training! As Exit owners, we are determined to have THE BEST AGENTS in our area. We are working together as franchisees to make that happen.

On June 2, 2009 we held our first multi-office training session. It was a huge success. All three offices were well represented at almost 100%. The agents had a great time at the pre-session meet and greet; we hope this will foster a strong referral base for all of us.

The topic presented was: LISTING PRESENTATIONS. There was a wealth of information shared by all three Franchisees. The more seasoned agents who were new to EXIT seemed surprised that we would share all of this with our agents and the newer agents were exited that someone was showing them what to do.

For myself personally, this is what EXIT is all about and it's the main reason I selected them over all of the other available chains. Teamwork is our greatest asset, and knowledge is power. We want to empower our agents and grow our companies to their fullest potential.
