Merritt Island, Florida (Grassroots Newswire) 7/13/2009 -- EXIT Island & Beach Realty has announced its move to a new, larger office in Merritt Island. The new office is located at 950 N. Courtenay Pkwy Suite 3 in Merritt Island.

Owner/Broker Tony Giannotti explains that in a time when most real estate offices have either downsized or closed down altogether, EXIT Island & Beach Realty has grown by over 25% within the past year. In our three years since opening we went from zero agents to over 40.
