Spruce Grove, Alberta (Grassroots Newswire) 7/13/2009 -- Recently, EXIT Realty Grove in Spruce Grove, Alberta has entered into a new phase. It began in August of 2008 when Carson Beier, a REALTOR® with EXIT Realty Grove, purchased the brokerage from long time franchisee, Wally Hawryluk. Wally remained with the brokerage as the Broker of Record and mentor. Now, after much diligent hard work, Carson has received his Broker credentials and is now licensed as the Broker of Record for EXIT Realty Grove.
