EXIT Bob Linn Real Estate Increases Sales by Offering 25 G Program

Oklahoma City, OK (Grassroots Newswire) 8/31/09 --In a slowing market, management of EXIT Bob Linn started offering a special marketing program to sellers of qualified properties.

The seller agrees to pay at closing an additional $500.00 in commission which would be placed in a pool of money. The property was marketed as a 25 G property to all Realtors.

Once 50 properties were sold and closed the commission pool had $25,000.00 available to be paid out as a bonus. By offering this size commission bonus Realtors were excited to show a 25 G listing therefore enhancing the seller's odds of having a quicker sale.

The average days on the market for the 25 G listings were 35 days less than others.

On September 3^rd, 2009 at Quail Creek Country Club a special educational function will be held to see how familiar Realtors are regarding the value of Oklahoma Real Estate.

The participating Realtors will be shown 10 properties that have sold and closed in Oklahoma over the past 12 months.


Each associate will value each property, coming up with the total value of all 10 properties. The associate closest to the actual value of the 10 properties without going over will be awarded a $25,000.00 bonus.

Because of the success of the first 25 G program, a second one is well under way with over 10 properties already sold and closed.
