Local Real Estate Agent Promoted to Director of Commercial Division

Baton Rouge, LA (Grassroots Newswire) August 19, 2009 -- Stephen Toney was recently promoted to Director of Commercial Division at EXIT Realty Keystone. Stephen has 11 years of experience in real estate as a multi-million dollar producer with not only commercial but residential sales as well. He has worked with several real estate investors helping them to achieve their real estate investment goals. Stephen obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation in only 8 months. This designation is held by less than 5% of commercial realtors. He is a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Board of REALTORS, Commercial Investment Division, Louisiana Commercial Data Base (LACDB) and state and national CCIM chapters.
