Westford, MA (Grassroots Newswire) August 17,2009 -- July 28^th and 29^th, EXIT Realty of New England hosted their two day regional summer retreat, "EXIT will SHINE in 09", at the Westford Regency in Westford, Mass. Hundreds of EXIT Realty agents throughout New England were in attendance. Keynote speakers included founder and CEO of EXIT Realty Corp. International, Steve Morris, who captivated the group with his speech titled "Mind Set 2009", Tami Bonnell President of US Operations inspired everyone and Jeff Lobb, EXIT's very own technology trainer amazed the agents with what they could do with the Exit Resource Center and their cell phone. They were followed by an owner's panel with insight into Inner Office Management, Recruiting and Leading by Example.

This event awarded the top offices and agents for the year 2008 with special awards to the Administrator of the year, Rookie of the Year, Shining Star Award and the Chairman's Award. EXIT Advantage Realty of Westford, Massachusetts's, own administrator, Jeanie Pecora stepped up to receive the Shining Star Award. "Jeanie had taken over the role of full time administrator at a time when the real estate market was tough. She has risen to the many challenges of running an office and really deserves this award.", remarked Jim Pecora.
