Jim Mazziotti Wants To Help Classroom Instructors And Sports Programs By Donating $250 For Every Client He Works With

Bend, Oregon (Grassroots Newswire) 09/03/09 -- Jim Mazziotti, the Principal Broker and Franchise Owner of EXIT Realty Bend doesn't like what he is witnessing with the financial shortfalls classroom teachers and sports programs alike are facing in local schools across Central Oregon. His "Dollars For Classrooms" is the beginning of what he hopes will bring thousands of dollars to schools across Central Oregon.

Two years ago Mazziotti worked to initiate the first of it's kind program that offered to give part of every real estate commisssion he earned to a clients choice of school programs. Oddly enough, Oregon real estate law does not allow Mazziotti, or any other real estate agent, share any part of a commission, even if, as one Oregon Real Estate Agency attorney put it, " it is money directed to Mother Theresa." But Mazziotti is no quitter. He found a way, while working with one Oregon real estate attorney, to provide funds to needy classrooms and sports programs all over Central Oregon. "I am able to provide $250 dollars "up front" to a Central Oregon classroom or sports program when I work with a client to list their property or work for a buyer to purchase property, " said Mazziotti. "The $250 dollars is sent directly to the classroom or the sports program of my clients choice," he said. Mazziotti said that the only committment a seller or buyer need to make is to list their home or use him as a buyers agent for the purchase of real estate.

"I am dedicated to making sure that classroom teachers and coaches have every tool they need to help our kid's be successful, whether it is in the classroom or on the ballfield....it is that simple," said Mazziotti. "My daughter is a teacher, my son is a freshman football player and I know programs are stressed.
