Mark Leggett to Run for Justice of the Peace in Pulaski County

Local EXIT Agent Jumps into the Race

Little Rock, Arkansas (Grassroots Newswire) December 1, 2009 -- Lifelong Little Rock resident Mark Leggett announced today that he will run for Justice of the Peace for District 2 in Pulaski County.

Leggett is a graduate of J.A. Fair High School, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a degree in Finance and Baylor University with a MBA. Leggett is a real estate agent with EXIT Realty Deaton Group in Little Rock, and currently serves on the UALR Alumni Board of Directors, the Board of Directors for The C.A.L.L., and the Leawood Property Owner’s Association Board of Directors.

Since 2003, Mark has been a self-employed business owner. Leggett plans to bring his experiences of running successful businesses to the position on the Quorom Court. Leggett lives in Little Rock with his wife Lisa and 3 children.

“The county has a history of spending money negligently on things that we can't afford, while short-changing the jail and public safety,” said Mark Leggett. "I will work to fix the jail problem so that criminals are not back out on the street before our law enforcement officers get done with the paper work."

Contact Mark Leggett at 501-831-1621 for more information.
