Local EXIT Agents Receive Advanced Training

Fitchburg, Massachusetts (Grassroots Newswire) February 19, 2010 -- New government regulations are re-writing mortgage lending business practices and disclosure requirements to protect consumers. Many mortgage lenders, attorneys and real estate agents are struggling to stay up to date with compliance issues caused by the changes. Local real estate agents and agents with EXIT New Options Real Estate were invited to a luncheon training session designed to help clarify the intent and effect of the new regulations.

Foss brought two of the most respected authorities on the subject, Ken Levesque, New England District Manager for Franklin American Mortgage a leading national mortgage lender and David Rocheford of the David Rocheford Law Offices in Leomister to educate the agents in attendance at the luncheon event held at the recently opened New Options Cafe in Fitchburg. I gained clarity on ways I can help protect my clients from experiencing potential losses that could result" stated Chris Carbon, a veteran agent who recently affiliated with EXIT New Options Real Estate.
