Award Winners Honored

Chesapeake City, Maryland (Grassroots Newswire) March 26, 2010 -- Rich Cotton, broker for EXiT Realty Chesapeake Bay announced the annual winners of Exit Realty’s awards recognizing the achievements of its agents for the year 2009. The awards were presented at the annual EXiT Awards Banquet traditionally held every year in February.

The TOP PRODUCER award was given to Elan Martin who also received recognition for her outstanding performance handling the Most Transactions and being the Most Improved Agent for the year. Michele Burch was awarded Rookie of the Year for her efforts in 2009, and Lisa McWilliams was recognized for her Team Spirit contributions to the agency.

The EXiT Chesapeake Bay office recently relocated from its original location on Pulaski Highway in Elkton to a new contemporary facility in South Village on Augustine Herman Highway in Chesapeake City. The agency has licensed realtors in both Maryland and Delaware and also has a commercial real estate division.
