EXIT Realty Deaton Group Leads Volume Growth for 2nd Year in a Row

27% Increase in Volume Growth in 2009

Little Rock, Arkansas (Grassroots Newswire) March 10, 2010 -- Even though Arkansas' real estate volume dropped, and many markets saw another year of lower volume, EXIT Realty Deaton Group experienced a significant increase for the 2nd year in a row.

Sales Volume for 2009 compared to previous year was up 27% for EXIT Realty Deaton Group. This was the largest percentage increase of any of the top real estate firms in the Little Rock REALTORS® Association. Within the LRRA's top firms, only 5 firms experienced any growth at all, with EXIT Realty representing the only double digit increase.

"Even during these slower years of 2008 & 2009, our agents increased their business by double digits both years. Our 2009 increase of 27% was preceeded by a 19% increase in 2008," states Scott Deaton, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Deaton Group.
