EXIT REALTY “The TRI-STATE Group” is now open for business in Dover, Delaware. Founder, Marie Bontigao-Miksche and Owner, Uwe Miksche opened their doors on November 12, 2009. Interior renovations were just completed in the permanent location at 1306 S. Dupont Hwy, Dover; welcoming their Realtors to start conducting business there in March.
