Local Agent Wins Top Honor
Despite Market Conditions, Agent Tops Charts in 2 Categories
Nashville, TN (Grassroots Newswire) March 12, 2010 -- Who says the real estate market is slow? Certainly not Joe Petno, agent with EXIT Realty 1st Choice in Smyrna, TN.
Joe Petno received the top individual agent award for listings for one of the largest trade associations in the Greater Nashville area and one of the largest REALTOR boards in the state of Tennessee, the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS or GNAR.
Petno also received the top individual sales agent for the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS on March 3, 2010 at the association gala in downtown Nashville. Petno out performed over 3500 members for the awards for his performance during 2009.
