Mike brings over 20 years of broad-based business experience with real estate, residential home construction and telecommunication organizations, both privately-held and public companies. He has worked successfully as a owner and a proven senior executive experienced in may aspects of operations including business development and complex sales, mergers & acquisitions.

Before joining Exit Realty Corporation International, Mike was the Senior Director of Business Development for Realogy. Realogy is a Global provider of real estate services - brands including Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Sotheby’s and Better Homes & Gardens. He managed the Century 21 brand, serving Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa & Missouri. In that capacity, he was responsible for driving revenue through securing new franchise agreements with real estate brokerage companies by doing Conversions, Mergers and Acquisitions.

His ability to grow business profitability and substantially increase revenues through the development and implementation of solid sales strategies and exceptional customer relationship management skills has been demonstrated consistently throughout his career with market leader companies such as AT&T, Tellabs, Somera and Realogy.

Previously, Mike owned Schulte Construction, Inc. a residential home construction company he operated for several years. As the owner of his privately held company, he was responsible for all aspects of operations, including business development, sales and contract administration and land acquisition.
