In February, I made a HUGE decision and decided to purchase an EXIT Realty franchise. In March, I decided to jump out of the famous RED, WHITE, and BLUE balloon and brought two other agents with me to open our new EXIT office in East Providence, RI.

While this was not a decision that I made without some thought, it was honestly a no-brainer for me because EXIT's vision and philosophy matched mine. While [my previous] company was a good place for me to launch my real estate business in RI, I was missing something very important. I wanted to create more of a future for myself and other real estate professionals. I needed to align myself with a company that had superior support from the top down, an unbelievable training platform, the technology to move into the future, and the brand name recognition needed to compete in any marketplace. I was also looking for a company that had NO DESK FEES, the potential to earn over 100% and offered a residual/retirement program unlike any other in the industry.
