Former Realogy Senior Exec Joins EXIT Realty in IL
EXIT Realty Corp. International Welcomes Mike Schulte
Mississauga, ON (Grassroots Newswire) – EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that former Senior Director of Business Development for Realogy Corporation, Mike Schulte, has joined the company in the position of Director of Franchise Sales for Illinois.
Schulte brings more than 20 years of broad-based business experience to EXIT Realty, including the real estate industry, residential home construction and telecommunication organizations, both privately-held and public. He has worked successfully as an owner and a proven senior executive experienced in many aspects of operations including business development and complex sales, mergers & acquisitions.
During his time at Realogy, a global provider of real estate services, Schulte managed the CENTURY 21® brand in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and Missouri. In that capacity, he was responsible for driving revenue through securing new franchise agreements with real estate brokerage companies by negotiating conversions, mergers and acquisitions.
Schulte holds undergraduate degrees from East Central College, Guilford College and a Mini MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
