EXIT Realty CEO Boosts Local Agents to Serve the IL Public Better Than Ever

Steve Morris Challenges REALTORS® to ask "Who am I and what am I doing?"

Downer's Grove, IL (Grassroots Newswire) – Everyone was hit hard by the economic downturn and real estate agents are no exception. Steve Morris, Founder & CEO of EXIT Realty Corp. International is on a mission to help restore balance to the lives of each of the company's sales reps, brokers and managers in the wake of the economic trauma suffered by the industry. Downer's Grove IL recently played host to Morris and his personal stimulus package.

In an intense workshop he called MIND-SET 2010, Morris challenged agents to ask themselves, "Who am I and what am I doing?" More than simple goal setting and sales techniques, MIND-SET challenged those in attendance to get the most and best out of themselves, not only in their real estate careers but in every aspect of their lives. "Our agents have to be centered, competent and diligent - they have to earn the business they get and deserve to keep those customers for life. After all, how can you help someone else if you can't help yourself?"

An internationally renowned speaker, Morris is a 34-year veteran of the real estate industry who founded EXIT Realty in 1996 with an empathy-driven foundation, unique in the typically ego-driven real estate franchise business.
