St. John's, NL (Grassroots Newswire) July 30, 2010 -- Anne Squires Franchisee and Owner of EXIT Realty on the Rock is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Mullett as Broker of EXIT Realty offices in Newfoundland and Labrador.

As Broker his daily mandate is to co-ordinate and manage daily sales transactions for over 90 active REALTORS® across the province. His in-depth knowledge in the field of technology combined with his decade of hands on organized real estate makes him the ultimate person to follow and assist the in-house staff and Exit Realty on the Rock’s clients in their day to day transactions in this now modern world of real estate sales. Being a very active member of his community, he has been involved in many organizations and boards. He has also been active in organized Real Estate Provincially having served as Director, Vice President and President of the Eastern Newfoundland Real Estate Board. Bruce also served as first elected President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of REALTORS®. On the national level of organized real estate, Bruce was elected to the MLS and Technology Council for the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and eventually rising to the position of Council Chair. Bruce was elected as a national director on the Canadian Commercial Council of REALTORS® and was also elected as a National Director at Large of CREA. While severing as a Director at Large he was appointed to the role as National Federal Affairs Committee Chair.
