Manchester, TN (Grassroots Newswire) 7-6-2010 -- EXIT REALTY PARTNERS is pleased to announce the addition of their AUCTION DIVISION to the list of professional Real Estate services that we offer.

Mitch Umbarger, Dan Jernigan, Donna Malone and Wendell Hanson make up the Auction team at EXIT Realty Partners.

Wendell Hanson is EXIT Realty Partners Auction Division principal auctioneer, as well as the owner of Nashville Auction School. Mr. Hanson has been in the auction industry since the early 90s. After instructing in Real Estate for several years, he purchased the school and became Director of Curriculum. He is a graduate of the Certified Auction Institute and holds his Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) and General Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA) designations as well as USPAP certification.

Mitch Umbarger is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and life long resident of Manchester and has been in the real estate industry for eight years.
