Chicago, Illinois (Grassroots Newswire) July 31, 2010 -- Nick Libert, Broker/Owner of Chicago’s EXIT Strategy Realty, recently filmed a segment of HGTV’s #1 rated show, House Hunters, which aired this Sunday, August 1st, at 8 pm CST . Nick and his clients Tom and Lindsay Cummings ventured through their search for a new single family home in the Chicago suburb of Gurnee.

“This was such a great experience, having the home buying process brought to life on TV. I was excited to promote EXIT’s brand name as well as educate home buyers on the process that Tom and Lindsey went through as educated, motivated consumers,” Nick said.

Tom and Lindsay’s home search was noteworthy for several reasons. First, they were moving from a small two bedroom condo in Chicago’s Wrigleyville neighborhood (home to the Chicago Cubs) to a large, four or five bedroom single family home in a far north suburb almost on the border with Wisconsin. Second, Lindsay was 7 months pregnant during their home search and the actual filming!

“The Cumming’s condo had taken a lot longer to sell then we anticipated, so by the time we had a contract and it was time to find their new home, Lindsay was getting closer to her due date, and we had to move fast. Luckily, the buyer’s market provided us with some excellent options,” Nick continued. “This episode of a top rated show will be great for business, but even more a unique momento for Tom and Lindsay of the home they purchased to start their new family!”
