EXIT Gives Their Time to Help Community

West Long Branch, New Jersey (Grassroots Newswire) August 19, 2010 --

The Italian American Association of the Township of Ocean is holding its annual Italian Festival at Joe Palaia Park in Ocean, from Wednesday, August 11^th through Sunday, August 15^th and this year EXIT Realty East Coast will be a part of the festival to help people with any questions on today's constantly changing real estate market.

EXIT Realtor Associate Gerald Scarano, collected donations for the IAATO Festival booth. He will run the EXIT booth, to help any individual or family who may have questions or concerns about buying or selling, short sales, pre-foreclosures, loan modifications, relocations or anything else in this ever-changing real estate market. EXIT is here to assist families in these tough economic times, and EXIT wanted to give back to the community by being a part of the festival.

As a new member of the Italian club, Scarano said, "I joined because there are a lot of business people in the club, and I admire them for bringing out the best in what brotherhood has to offer." The top prize at EXIT Realty's booth is a flat-screen TV, along with other valuable prizes for homes such as free credit checks, free home inspections, and free termite inspections. Scarano said he has helped collect hundreds of prizes for the festival's raffle booth, which will benefit today's youth.

"I plan to help by reaching out in a friendly, personal way at this festival, with the help of the latest aids in the industry." said Scarano.

It is the thirty-fourth anniversary for the Italian Association, dedicated to children, families and the fostering of the Italian-American heritage and culture. There will be eating contents, fireworks and music such as Delauro, who will be doing a Frank Sinatra homage concert, and Jersey Sound.
