EXIT Realty Hosts Masterminding Event for Top Producers

President of the US Organization for EXIT Realty visits

Franklin, TN (Grassroots Newswire) – Tami Bonnell, President for EXIT Realty Corp. International for the US organization, visited Franklin, TN to speak at a Masterminding event for Top Producers for the company. The intimate group was able to speak candidly about the market, current strategies for listing and selling homes, as well as life balance in the demanding career.

Ms. Bonnell talked about your “Dozen” as an agent. Those people you can count on to help you navigate the business and who will keep you ahead of the curve in the market. This helped to open discussions about life balance and how to structure your business as a real estate agent so you can best serve your clients and customers without burning out.

EXIT Realty’s top agents were treated to lunch and included agents from Smyrna, Murfreesboro, Spring Hill, Clarksville, Columbia, Franklin, Gallatin, and Mt. Juliet. It was during this time that Jean Marie Grumbles, CEO of EXIT MidSouth, the region serving Tennessee and Kentucky, updated the agents on the companies amazing progress even in the midst of the volatile market with staggering growth numbers in 2009 of well over 49% when most other companies in the real estate business were taking double digit losses and consolidating and cutting personnel.

Ms. Bonnell was very complimentary toward the EXIT Realty Corp. International Region of the Year for their deliberate efforts in educating and training agents in how to deal with the market and what to expect in the future.
