New Agent Joins EXIT Realty West

Marty not only recently became a licensed Realtor, he was also awarded the Foreclosure REOS Specialist designation, in which he has learned the theory and skills necessary to work with the banks, mortgage companies and other lending institutions regarding REO properties by performing Broker Price Opinions, Managing REO Properties, and Selling REO properties.

Marty is life long native to the area having grown up in Fairfield Township. Real estate definitely runs in the family as Marty’s brother is also a Realtor. Marty and his wife Nancy reside in College Hill and together have four daughters and one grand daughter.

Marty graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in engineering. His background in application and project engineering provide strong tools to identify and match customer requirements and manage the entire real estate transaction process. Marty’s corporate background includes a variety of companies over the years; from small privately held to Fortune 500 firms. During this time he has developed many strong business skills including; effective communication, problem solving and giving presentations.

In addition Marty has been a member of the Cincinnati Real Estate Investors Association for the past 6 years where he has gained a breath of knowledge about all aspects of the real estate industry.
