Local EXIT Realty Associate Gives Back

First Area Affiliate of Homes For Heroes

El Paso, Texas (Grassroots Newswire) 08/22/2010 -- Local EXIT West Realty agent, Eloy Chairez, has become the first El Paso affiliate for Homes For Heroes.

Homes For Heroes is a national organization that assists local community heroes such as military, law enforcement, fire fighters, emergency medical personnel and teachers in the purchase, sale or refinance of their homes. Homes For Heroes real estate affiliates donate a significant part of their commission directly to the hero to assist in their closing costs. Homes For Heroes has lender affiliates that discount their loan origination fees and then donate those funds to the hero also. These donated funds can make the difference in successfully completing the transaction.

Eloy Chairez, a veteran of the US Army, decided to give back to the local community of heroes and to say "Thank You" for their service. The motto for HFH is “Service Deserves Its Rewards.” Mr. Chairez believes “Service Deserves Our Gratitude.”

Homes For Heroes is a program to assist local community heroes with their buying, selling and refinancing of their homes. The program was started after 9/11 by a group of realtors in Minnesota to offer considerable savings to Heroes when they buy or sell a home.
