LOCAL REAL ESTATE AGENT WINS "REALTOR® OF THE YEAR' FOR SECOND YEAR IN A ROW
Chillicothe, Ohio (Grassroots Newswire) 7-23-2010 -- EXIT First Capital Realty’s Bill Leib was recently awarded the 2010 Scioto Valley Association of Realtors' Realtor of the Year at the Annual Affliate picnic.
The Realtor of the Year is awarded each year to an agent for their accomplishments in the Scioto Valley Association of Realtors , the Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In addition the agent's local community service is also a large consideration. Bill is the past president and current treasurer of the local assocation and is on multiple committees both at the local and state association levels. In the community, Bill is active with First Capital Rotary and a member of the Chillicothe-Ross Board of Directions among other community activities.
Leib also won this award in 2009. Winning consecutive "REALTOR of the Year" awards has never been accomplished before.
