Local Agents Attend Distressed Property Institute

EXIT Agents earn CDPE Designation

Smithtown, NY (Grassroots Newswire) 10/8/10 -- Arthur Hasher, Beth Lowe, Santo Mazzeo and Susan Hamblen of EXIT Realty earn the Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation.

The CDPE Designation provides real estate industry professionals with detailed information on how to engage with and assist homeowners in distress. The CDPE designation has been endorsed by EXIT Realty Corp. International and other major U.S. brokerages, as well as industry professionals.

With the growing number of homeowners in distress in Suffolk County, we felt it imperative that our team know the best options to help people in this situation. We are making it our personal mission to help as many families as possible avoid foreclosure, says Hamblen.

The Distressed Property Institute trains real estate professionals to engage with and assist homeowners facing hardships.
