Tilton, NH (Grassroots Newswire) 02/16/2011 --After several years of trying to recruit Dave Liberatore, Doug Rollins is proud to announce Dave as the Managing Broker in the Tilton office.

Dave has over 19 years of experience while working for a competing brokerage in the area for most of that time. EXIT Lakeside Realty Group is very excited to have Dave a part of our team.

Dave said that he finally accepted Doug’s offer because of his continuing success in real estate and understood the local market.

Dave also likes the family atmosphere and work ethics EXIT Lakeside Realty Group has and knows he will be able to stay active in the community with Doug’s support.

EXIT Lakeside Realty Group has increased its market share every year since it opened the Tilton office in 2005. Their main office in Laconia was opened in 2003.

Dave is a member of the Franklin Rotary and has served on many other local boards and volunteers on a regular basis. His passion is playing Santa for schools and any organization looking for Santa’s helper.

Dave was named REALTOR® of the Year in 2007 by the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS® and has been a member of the board since 1992.
