This year’s event is being held in Fort Smith, Arkansas, at the Phoenix Expo and Convention Center. McKinnon’s talk is entitled “Real Estate…The New Normal”.

McKinnon has been teaching sales and management for over 45 years. A California real estate broker for 40 years now based in Texas, McKinnon has sold real estate and owned and managed portions of five real estate companies. He has also been a franchisor, a corporate manager and director, and he was one of the first regional owners for Century 21 in California. For the last 12 years, he has been a personal development coach to top agent teams, businesses and regions. Most recently, he has been instrumental in coaching and mentoring the top regional leadership for EXIT Realty.
