EXIT Realty Research Park Releases Feb 2011 Report

Huntsville, AL (Grassroots Newswire) 7 March 2011 --EXIT Realty Research Park has released their monthly comprehensive report on the real estate market for Huntsville, AL and surrounding areas. According to the February 2011 report, the total of home sold in the Huntsville /Madison County market is virtually identical to those in February 2010.

“69 homes sold in the $200,000 and $300,000 price range making this the most active range in the market, but with inventories exceeding 12 months we still have an Extreme Buyer’s Market. Conversely, the 61 homes sold in the $100,000 and below price range has returned this segment to a Normal Buyer’s Market.” said Tim Magnusson, Associate Broker and Owner of EXIT Realty Research Park.

According to the report findings, the majority of the Huntsville market is still considered an Extreme Buyer’s Market, but the Wheeler and Mountain Cove areas have returned to a Balanced Market.
