EXIT Realty Research Park Releases Monthly Report for Limestone and Madison Counties

Huntsville, AL (Grassroots Newswire) April 13, 2011 --EXIT Realty Research Park has released their comprehensive monthly report on the real estate market for Limestone and Madison counties. According to the March 2011 report, the 361 Single Family Residents sold during March was lower than any March of the last four years.

"The most active segments of the Limestone and Madison county markets continue to be the lowest price ranges. For the second month in a row, the most active price range were the homes priced between $200,000 and $300,000. During March 87 homes sold were in this range, and the inventories have fallen to just over 10 months bringing this segment to a Normal Buyer’s Market. Even better news is that the 70 homes sold in the $100,000 and below price range has returned our lowest priced segment to a Balanced Market" said Tim Magnusson, Associate Broker and Owner of EXIT Realty Research Park.
