Spruce Grove, Alberta (Grassroots Newswire) July 21, 2011 -- In every Real Estate relationship, there are many people who contribute to a successful transaction. This teamwork was clearly demonstrated by Connie Watson and her client. The client is selling a large property on a major north/south artery with a high traffic volume. A bigger sign would attract the attention of the many passersby.

Connie ordered the extra large sign. A fellow EXIT Associate helped design a stand capable of holding up the extra large sign through various weather conditions. Connie’s father built the stand. Her client volunteered to transport the stand as it was too large for Connie’s vehicle.

Once at the property, Connie and her client attached the sign to the stand. They struggled to lift it in place. “We must have been quite a site,” Connie giggled as she told the story. “It was heavy and awkward. We were being eaten alive by mosquitoes! We were trying to lift and swat at the same time. We laughed so hard. It is one of those moments that neither of us will forget!”

That spirit of camaraderie continues as Connie and her client work together to sell the property. “The picture doesn’t lie. EXIT Realty IS growing!” laughed Connie.
