Mary K. Janet Rick-Alfano (Buyer Specialist) is a successful Realtor® Associate with over 17 years of experience in Morris County. Her expertise is enhanced by more than two decades as a licensed NJ Property/Casualty Insurance Producer with a concentration in Personal and Commercial Insurance Underwriting and Marketing. A mother of four in Denville, Ms. Rick-Alfano has also worked intensively in the Denville Township School District for more that 2 decades, with a focus on Special Education, Health and Elementary Education. Eva Sedek (Buyer Specialist) is also a highly experienced and successful Realtor® Associate with 15 years of experience. Mary left her corporate position to raise her children, and then started her own company investing in real estate and managing rental properties from her home office.
