Tim Churchwell Moves to EXIT Realty Central

Chesapeake, VA (Grassroots Newswire) 08/09/2011 -- EXIT Realty Central has hired Tim Churchwell as the Director of its Commercial and Special Markets division. He will manage the development and growth of the division in commercial real estate sales, and leasing as well as asset management, capital markets, and entitlement services.

Mr. Churchwell is the regular commercial columnist for the Hampton Roads Realtor’s Association and has been a guest lecturer on commercial real estate to law students at Regent University Law. After graduating from East Carolina University, Churchwell was a licensed NYSE branch manager and founded a comprehensive financial planning practice for a NYSE member firm. He consulted nationally on strategic planning, business development, and sales. He then entered real estate where he became the head of the commercial council for a regional real estate company. In 2009, he earned the HRRA Commercial Sales and Leasing Award.
