EXIT 1st Realty Expands Service to Boston’s North Shore

Haverhill, MA (Grassroots Newswire) September 20, 2011 -- James McCarthy joins EXIT 1st Realty at our Haverhill Massachusetts office. Jim started his Real Estate career in 1988 managing condominium properties in North Andover, MA and surrounding communities. In 1989 Jim received his salespersons license.

In 1999, after ten years of successfully managing, selling and renting condominium properties, Jim moved on to a new career with the Boston Housing Authority. Upon Jim's arrival at the Boston Housing Authority he oversaw the preparedness and response to HUD’s annual REAC inspections, as a certified UPCS Inspector. Subsequently, Jim went on to oversee the Management of the Authorities entire elderly/disabled housing portfolio, approximately 3600 units.

Jim enjoyed his new current career, but felt a void. Jim wanted to return to the sales and rental portion of Real Estate and say goodbye to Property Management. Jim left the Boston Housing Authority in 2009 to fulfill his void. Jim said, "I miss the challenges associated with the Real Estate sales and rental world, crazy but true. Now, after overseeing and renting primarily Section 8 properties throughout the City of Boston, I am excited to join the EXIT 1st family"
