EXIT Advantage Realty “Homes for Heroes” offer real estate rebates to Military, Fire Fighters, Policemen, Teachers and Medical professionals when buying or selling a home - saving thousands.

Dallas, TX (Grassroots Newswire) September 8, 2011 --Tom Charron Broker of EXIT Advantage Realty and 35 of his agents are thrilled to announce their partnership with “Homes for Heroes” to offer considerable savings to local workforce heroes when buying or selling a home.

The national program, which aims to help close the gap between the cost of housing for local heroes when buying or selling, caters to workforce heroes such as military personnel, firefighters, police officers, teachers, first responders, medical providers and others who serve our community and nation every day.

EXIT Advantage Realty has agreed to a 30 percent rebate on the gross brokerage commission. A 25 percent rebate will be awarded directly to the local hero at closing, with an additional 5 percent given to the Homes for Heroes Foundation. Tom Charron, local Director for the 35 agent group, said the Homes for Heroes program is simply a "no strings attached" offer and their chance to give back while providing a professional service at the same time. A typical transaction utilizing the program could mean a direct savings of $1200-4000 depending on the price of the home.
