EXIT Realty Florida Announces ‘Associate of the Month’

EXIT Realty Tri-County Associate Recognized

Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Grassroots Newswire) September 14, 2011 --EXIT Realty Florida introduced an award to recognize an ‘Associate of the Month’ on a monthly basis from any one of the EXIT Realty Florida offices across the State of Florida. At EXIT, we understand that our Associates are the foundation to the success of the entire Corporation. EXIT Realty Florida has introduced this recognition program to honor those EXIT Realty Florida Associates who have gone above and beyond each month to excel in terms of production and providing top notch customer service.

The ‘Associate of the Month’ is selected by following a point system used to review Agent production based on specific criteria including the number of listings, pending contracts, closings, and the introduction of new Agents into the EXIT system. All data is collected from EXIT’s proprietary software, MEMO, and at the end of each Month the Associate with the highest point count is selected.

Jim Carruthers of EXIT Realty Tri County in Mount Dora, FL was recognized as the ‘Associate of the Month’ for the month of August. Carruthers’ hard work and commitment to EXIT and the surrounding communities has been influential to his ongoing success. Jim has established himself as a hard worker with exceptional work ethic and drive to succeed. He has gained a great amount of knowledge and experience and has worked in the real estate industry for 25 years, beginning in 1986 with Neil Fischer, Orr Real Estate, Homebase Properties Inc., and Century 21 Arrow Realty prior to joining EXIT Realty Tri-County in December 2005. Previous to his career in real estate, Jim was a Lake County Social Studies Teacher, retiring after 30 years in 2007. Carruthers is very involved in his community and is a member of many organizations including The Greater Lake County Association of Realtors®, The National Association of Realtors®, The Lake County Gator Club, and The University of Florida Alumni Association. Carruthers continues to exceed in today’s real estate industry going above and beyond to achieve success. Carruthers has done an outstanding job of applying his interest in community involvement to ensure that he takes his customers from beginning to end of each of their real estate transactions with the highest level of integrity.
