Spruce Grove, Alberta (Grassroots Newswire) September 6, 2011 --EXIT Realty Solutions would like to extend its sincere congratulations to Broker/Owner Carson Beier for achieving the EXIT Sapphire Circle Designation Award. This award represents the cumulative total of two hundred and fifty (250) sold properties since joining EXIT Realty Corp International in January of 2007. Beier attained the 250^th property sold during the 2010 – 2011 EXIT production year.

Beier obtained his real estate license and joined the then EXIT Realty Grove in January of 2007. He purchased the Brokerage in August, 2008. In June of 2009, he acquired his Broker designation. Beier has been in the TOP 5% of REALTORS® for Edmonton & Area MLS® System Sales for three consecutive years (2008, 2009, 2010).

In January 2011 the Brokerage changed its name to EXIT Realty Solutions and became the first Brokerage in Alberta to be designated Eco-Broker®.
