Steve Canfield Joins EXIT Realty in Palm Coast

Steve is originally from upstate NY, graduating from Vestal High School in 1970. He and his family moved to St. Augustine Florida in 1986 and has lived in Palm Coast with his wife of 35 years, Connie, since 1996. Steve earned his Associate of Science in EMS and Associate of Arts degrees from St. Johns River Community College. He also holds Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems from St. Leo University and is a Florida certified firefighter and paramedic. Steve obtained his Florida Real Estate license in 2000 and Real Estate Broker's license in 2002. He earned the GRI designation in 2002 (Graduate Real Estate Institute) and continues to enjoy investing in real estate along with golf, fishing, and competitive shooting in Flagler County. He also enjoys traveling (mostly) around the southeastern US in the family 5th wheel. Employed by St. Johns County Fire Rescue until his recent retirement, Steve is now looking forward to helping others find the way to enjoying this slice of paradise we know as Palm Coast. He will be specializing in first time home buyers and distressed properties as well as obtaining knowledge and certification in commercial real estate. Steve's real estate experience includes marketing, branch office management, investing, mortgage originations and contract negotiations. He is also active in the community and donates 5% of all net commissions to the Flagler County Habitat for Humanity.
